Laptop sharing in meeting room (Windows Miracast / Apple AirPlay)

To mirror a laptop screen to a meeting room TV screen, proceed as follows:

1. Windows: Press the "Win" + "K" keys to activate "Miracast" on your laptop.
   macOS: Open "Screen Mirroring" within the Settings menu
2. Select the correct screen (Meeting Room Name)
3. Enter the 4-digit PIN that is displayed on the TV screen.
