Track email and appointments from Outlook in CRM
Outlook / CRM integration
The integration between Outlook and CRM is ensured via an add-on. This means that emails can be stored directly from MS Outlook in the CRM.
At Bellevue, two different add-ins are used, depending on the MS Dynamics license.
Sales (Sales Enterprise License)
Sales employees have the full Sales Enterprise license and use the Copilot for Sales for email storage in the CRM.
Open Copilot for Sales and track emails
Copilot is displayed on the far right in MS Outlook. If the email address is known in the CRM, the email can be saved. The email is then stored under the contact in the activities.

All others (Team Member License)
Non-sales employees with CRM access work with the Dynamics App for Outlook add-in for Outlook integration.

Tracking email in CRM
If the email is known in the CRM, click on the three dots next to the name and select "Set regarding". This saves the email under the contact in the activities.
