My Abacus - Time and vacation recording

For employees in Switzerland, MyAbacus will replace myTime as an employee portal for self-managed personal data, time and vacation recording from January 2022. Although MyAbacus is largely self-explanatory, here is some information about the processes, above all the slightly adapted vacation handling.

Log in

Every employee has a personal login. The user ID corresponds to the personal Bellevue email address. You will receive the initial password from MyAbacus on your email.

Outlook : At a later point in time, MyAbacus will be integrated into the Bellevue environment so that you do not have to log in again.

Time tracking

Those employees who record their working hours do so in MyAbacus under the "In & Out" menu

  1. via the buttons "Come" and "Go, what creates a timestamp or
  2. directly under "From" and "To" (also for subsequent entries)

with subsequent "Save"

Report vacation request / vacation (new)

This process changes slightly with MyAbacus. Holidays are no longer reported directly to Sabine (HR) by email, but recorded by you in MyAbacus and formally approved by HR. Your prior agreement and approval by the team leader is required.

  1. Select the menu "Time recording - Absences"
  2. Click on "New absence"
  3. Select the type of absence "Vacation"
  4. Holidays lasting several days are recorded by marking the first and last day in the date calendar.
  5. "Save"
  6. After approval by HR, the confirmation will be sent directly to your inbox

Correction of vacations

'Submitted' or 'approved' vacations can be adjusted by the employee directly in MyAbacus or deleted if necessary.

  1. Delete / Correct: Click on the entry to be adjusted
  2. Adjust
  3. "Save" to submit the change
  4. Proceed in the same way as vacation recording

Vacation credits

Holiday credits, e.g. for work on public holidays or weekend work, cannot be entered directly by you in MyAbacus. They must be reported to HR by email .

  1. Notification of the desired credit note by email to bghr@bellevue.ch
  2. HR records additional vacation days in the Abacus and confirms the credit again by email

Report other absences

The following absences can also be reported directly via MyAbacus. The procedure is identical to the vacation application.

  • military
  • Illness, accident, visit to the doctor
  • Training
  • Wedding / birth
  • Various absences

Any evidence can be uploaded directly with the report.

Team leader functions

Team leaders have various functions available under "My employees" and "Time recording":

  • "My employees" menu: Here the working hours and absence of an individual team member can be viewed directly by clicking on the employee (also select the "Show report" button)
  • "Time recording - absence overview" menu : The absences of the entire team appear here
  • "Reports and lists" menu: View ofBirthday and service anniversary lists for the team
