At Theaterstrasse 12 (Bellevue) we print with the FollowMe Printing System.

What's new is:

There is only one printer to choose from when printing. bbprtsz01

However, this was a printer queue that included the multifunction printers on all floors.

Printing can be triggered at any printer using a badge (the same badge as for access).

The badge reader is located to the right of the display
Pending print jobs for the logged in user are displayed.
It is possible to print all jobs or to display the jobs [Print Release].
In the list of orders you can select what should be printed. In this view you also have the option: to subsequently select black/white for the selected orders double-sided selection to delete orders
For further functions (Scan to Email or Copy) select [Device Access]. This leads to the usual view see next picture (below).
Click to scan to email.
It is now possible to select the function "send to your own address".
After using the printer, you can log out by clicking Logout (top right). After a short period of inactivity you will be automatically logged out of the printer.
