Instructions for installing the CRM Mobile App (iPhone, iPad)
Follow these steps to install the mobile app to access MSD CRM data from your iPhone or iPad.
If you have never started MSD CRM on the Bellevue Workplace, do so first from the Windows Start.
- On the iPhone/iPad start the Apple Store (NOT Bellevue App Store)
- Search for "Power Apps" and install it
- Start the app
- Log in with your Bellevue User ID.
- The app then closes. Restart it.
- Then under "Recently used apps" select " BAM Sales Hub ". This will appear if you have previously accessed the new MSD CRM. See yellow highlighted above.
