Filter contacts in CRM by interests
Contacts can be filtered for interests in different ways, either in the Interest itself (mailing, topic, etc.) or by a contact view.
Filtering by Interest
- In MSD CRM double-click an interest under " Interests " on the Contact.
- Then select " Member ", which will show all contacts who have assigned this interest.
Creating a View
This recording shows how to create a dedicated View on the contact that filters all contacts by one or more interests.
