Factsheet Creation (Factsheet Production Site)
The factsheets (and ESG factsheets and PowerPoint slides) are created in collaboration with Anevis using a workflow-supported system. Employees involved in this process receive emails and see their tasks in the Factsheet Production Site dashboard. Tasks are completed by clicking the orange button. The system automatically assigns the next step to the responsible person.
A fundamental distinction is made between data and manager comments. Both have their own workflows and statuses. Once both the data and the manager comments have received their sign-off status on the Bellevue side, Anevis is triggered to generate the factsheets, specifically the ESG factsheet and PowerPoint presentation.
Should an automatically generated factsheet need to be triggered again , for example because data or text has been changed, this can be initiated by an authorized person in the marketing team as follows:
- Go to the "Status Monitor".
- Select "See all" in the top right corner of the status table, then "All items".
- Select one (1) single document (Factsheet, ESG or PPTX).
- Start the flow "FS2-ReTriggerFactsheet" in the menu "Automate - Flows".
This resets the document's status in the monitor (empty). At the next full hour, Anevis is triggered again and the documents for that fund are recreated.
