Factsheet Library
Once the factsheets are created, they are automatically stored in the " Factsheet Library " on the TDWHDocuments site in SharePoint. There you will find all factsheets, ESG factsheets, and brochures for all Bellevue products.
The Factsheet Library can be accessed via the Starmenu under " BB Factsheet Production ".
Default Filter
When you open the page, the documents from the last month (current documents) are displayed (View Filter "Last month"). This default filter can be easily reset with "Clear". The list can then be filtered again.
Filter
Filtering is possible just like in Excel, using the dropdown menus in the "Filter by" headers, or even more easily via the filter icon (three lines stacked vertically, forming a funnel) above the header. This displays a filter menu on the right. Note: If the list of possible values is longer, you must explicitly select "See all".
Download documents
To download documents, select the documents and choose "Download" above the header. The download will then appear in your browser.
