Installing the Teams APP Mobile IOS
Please note that we will automatically install the Microsoft Teams app on your mobile phones in the week before the changeover.
The prerequisite is that you have installed the Company Portal app. This should be the case if you already use Outlook with Bellevue Email on your mobile.
In order to use the business number on your mobile, the Microsoft Teams app must be installed.
The manual installation takes place in the following steps:
Start App Company Portal or Corporate Portal | |
Install Teams, click on Microsoft Teams | |
Press Install | |
Popup confirm installation. | |
After installation, start the Teams app from the home screen and click on your own account. | |
Notifications, allow | |
Allow microphone | |
Allow app restart OK | |
Allow location service (while using the app). | |
View Teams Calls External calls will only be possible after the telephony changeover after the weekend of September 7/8, 2024. | |
View Teams Calls Dialpad External calls will only be possible after the telephony changeover after the weekend of September 7/8, 2024. | |
Confirm any popup OK |
