Attend a GoToMeeting
GoToMeeting in the meeting room (via Webex infrastructure)
In order to take part in a GoToMeeting via the Webex infrastructure , the invitation must contain a SIP address . If this is not included, the host / inviter lacks the GoToMeeting 'Enterprise' license.
- Book a meeting room
- Take meeting information with you to the meeting (meeting SIP / ID and passcode)
- Joining a meeting: Select " Join other Meeting " - "GoToMeeting" on the Touch Planel and enter the SIP address.

You can only control presentations on your own computer / thin client. It is not possible to take over the presentation that someone else is sharing on the call.
