Attend Webex Meetings
Webex in the meeting room
The meeting can only be entered 5 minutes before it actually begins.
Options to start a Webex meeting in the meeting rooms:
- Press the green 'Join' button on the touch panel on the table
OR
- Say "Hey Webex, join the meeting"
You can only control your own presentation. Presentations / screens from other meeting participants cannot be adopted.
Webex at your desk
Options to start a Webex meeting from the workplace:
- Press the green button that pops up at the workplace before the meeting.
OR
- Open the invitation in Outlook and press the green button.
Webex in the home office or on the go
You can take part in a Webex meeting via Citrix remote desktop. The procedure then corresponds to that described under "Workplace". For performance reasons, we recommend installing the Webex app locally on your device.
- Download and one-time installation of the app at https://www.webex.com/de/downloads.html
- Log in with your Bellevue email address and your Bellevue Windows password. With SSO (Single Sign On) you have to authenticate yourself once with the Secure Token that is sent to your mobile phone.
- As in the office, a popup appears a few minutes before the meeting, which can be used to start the meeting.
The screen can also be shared in the meeting, even if you did not join the meeting via the Bellevue Workplace.
