Yokoy - Expense app

We have digitized our expenses process and use the Yokoy app for all employees. The employees can take a picture of the expense receipt via smartphone. Each receipt is recorded and billed individually. Approval by the supervisor also takes place directly in the tool, processing and payment is carried out by Finance.

Expense app via browser

  1. Login link: https://app.yokoy.ai/signin (preferably save the address as a bookmark)
  2. Email: business email address
  3. Click the SSO button

Install the Yokoy app on the mobile

  1. Load App Store and search for Yokoy
  2. Authenticate and log in once:
    1. Enter business email address
    2. Click next
    3. Click Login with SSO
    4. Then comes the "Bellevue environment" login
    5. Username: abbreviation (not email)
    6. Password: «Bellevue area» password
