Changing multiple data records (Bulk Change)

Several data records (e.g. accounts, contacts) can be updated with the same value in one go. It is not necessary to edit each data record individually.

Steps:

  1. Mark the records to be updated
    (Tick the data record on the very left in the list)
  2. Click "Edit"
  3. Set the new value for the data field to be updated in the "Change Multiple Records" dialog
  4. "Change"
