Guest user login process
- Guests will receive an email invitation from the Bellevue administrator with a welcome message
- The invitation email may contain warnings as shown in yellow below:
- By clicking on the invitation link in the email, the user is redirected to the registration page. A one-time passcode (OTP) is sent to the guest to start the registration process:
- After entering the OTP, the guest must choose between No (if working on a public device) and Yes (if working on a private device):
- The guest must accept the approval request:
- The guest must configure “Two-Factor Authentication” with Microsoft Authenticator when logging in for the first time. For details, see Microsoft Authenticator for multi-factor authentication
