Add, remove, and set printer as default

Add printer

For all other locations, please proceed as follows:

1. In the bottom right corner, click on the printer icon:

   

2. Right-click and open the "Printers..." option.

   

3. Select the desired printer and add it using "Add":

   

Set default printer

1. Go to "Settings - Bluetooth & devices - Printers & devices" via the Start menu.
2. Select the desired printer and define the default printer using the "Set as default" button.
   1. Office Zurich: "All Printers Zurich"
   2. Office Frankfurt: “Printer Frankfurt Toshiba”
   3. Office Schaffhausen: "Printer Schaffhausen"
   4. Office London: "Printer London"

Remove printer

1. Click on the Windows Start menu
2. Go to "Settings - Bluetooth & devices - Printers & scanners"
3. Select the printer and remove it using the "Remove" button.
