Add or remove printer, set default printer

Add Printer

  1. Click windows start menu
  2. Click "BB Printer Finder" (NOT "BB Printers")
  3. Choose printer
    -> Zürich: bbprtsz01
    -> Frankfurt: bbprtaf01
    -> Schaffhausen: bbprsss01
    -> London: bbprbal01
  4. Double click printer to install

Set Default Printer

  1. Click windows start menu
  2. Open Printer list
    -> Citrix: Click and open "BB Printers"
    -> LapTop: go to "Settings - Bluetooth & devices - Printers & scanners"
  3. Select printer you want to mark as default
    -> Citrix: Right click printer - "Set as Default Printer" from the context menu.
    -> LapTop: Select "Set as default"

Remove Printer

  1. Click windows start menu
  2. Click "BB Printers" (Citrix) or "Settings - Bluetooth & devices - Printers & scanners" (LapTop)
  3. Right click "delete" (Citrix) or Select printer and press "Remove" (LapTop)
